The Procedure
1. Your Consultation
Your session begins with a private, one-on-one consultation.
During this time, we’ll gently guide you through a few important areas:
Your health history – including digestion, bowel habits, and any current concerns
Diet & eating patterns – what you typically eat and how it may affect your gut
Lifestyle factors – stress levels, hydration, sleep, and exercise
Your goals – whether it’s detox, improved digestion, bloating relief, or overall wellness
This is a safe, judgment-free space where you can ask questions and feel fully supported.
The consultation helps us personalise your treatment so it’s best suited to your body and needs.

2. Getting Ready
Before the colonic begins:
You’ll be shown to a comfortable, private treatment room
Everything will be explained step-by-step so you feel at ease
You’ll have privacy to change and get settled
We use a closed system for hygiene and comfort, meaning everything is contained and discreet.
3. The Treatment
During the session:
You’ll lie comfortably on the treatment bed
A small, sterile tube is gently inserted (lubricated for comfort)
Warm, filtered water flows slowly into the colon
This process helps to soften and loosen waste, which is then naturally released through the system.
What it feels like:
A gentle filling and releasing sensation
Mild cramping similar to needing the bathroom (this comes and goes)
Most clients find it relaxing after a few minutes
Important reassurance:
The treatment is not painful
It is not messy or embarrassing
Your dignity and comfort are maintained at all times
Your therapist stays present to guide you, adjust the pressure if needed, and ensure you're completely comfortable.

4. Duration
The full session (including consultation) lasts around 45–60 minutes
The colonic treatment itself usually takes about 30–40 minutes
5. After your session
After your treatment, you may feel:
Lighter and less bloated, More energised, A sense of relief and cleanliness
Your therapist will also provide:
Aftercare advice, Gentle dietary guidance, Tips to support ongoing gut health
